GDF busca instrumento jurídicos que permitan la coexistencia de taxis y otros servicios

Esta mañana, Rufino León, secretario de Movilidad del GDF, aseguró que se buscará una nueva figura jurídica que no rompa con las características del servicio que, a través de una aplicación tecnológica, ofrece Uber.

Ante la problemática de las concesiones de taxis en la Ciudad de México, afirmó que la regulación de Uber será “bajo una figura que no sobrerregule el servicio”.

En entrevista con Radio Fórmula, el responsable de la Semovi comentó que los usuarios de Uber ven como atractivo “la autonomía, seguridad y secrecía”, y dijo que no habrá operativos en contra de Uber ni Cabify, acorde a la declaración del jefe de Gobierno del Distrito Federal, Miguel Ángel Macera, ante 20 líderes de taxistas.

Entre los retos de movilidad que enfrenta el GDF se encuentra la correcta aplicación de la ley en la materia y mejorar el transporte de taxis en el DF. Al respecto, Semovi y taxistas tendrá una reunión el próximo martes para realizar la primera mesa de trabajo.
